On March 8, there will be a pig-centric event in Seattle.
Others have blogged about the New York version of the event already - e.g. Eat Me Daily and Gothamist.
As far as I know, there won't be any Mangalitsa at the event. Although I'm listed as a judge on some promotional materials, I won't be judging.
