Nancy Leson, a vocal Mangalitsa fan and food journalist, has a blog entry about The New York Times's Mangalitsa article. It is amazing how much some Seattleites like Mangalitsa.
Above is a photo of some Mangalitsa chops that I sold her.
I've since switched to untrimmed chops. People want the fat. Mrs. Gasser would be happy to see people eating their fatty chops.
