I just got off the phone with Mosefund's Michael Clampffer. He took these photos from their dinner at Princeton's Elements. He said the dinner was a great success.

    I was able to attend the dinner and the pork was just delicious. Been following your blog for quite some time and was very happy to finally taste some of the fabled mangalitsa.
