Headed To Missouri

I'm going to Missouri next week. We'll show a bunch of chefs and media how we kill and cut Mangalitsa pigs at Swiss Meat and Sausage Company.

It will be neat to see if Mangalitsa "takes" in Missouri with chefs and consumers.
