Chef it Yourself's Mangalitsa Ham Recipes


Chef It Yourself has some recipes using Mangalitsa ham from Johnston County Hams.

I've copied just one of her photos above, the halibut. It is worth checking out.

    Thanks for the mention. I've already used another bit of the smoked Mngalitsa shoulder to flavor some lentils. To die for!

    Heath, I cooked that beautiful Mangalitsa collar last night. I don't need to tell you how incredible it was, but I will. Watch for that post soon.
