Lafitte Opens with Wooly Pigs Brand Mangalitsa Products
Russel Jackson's Lafitte has opened in San Francisco. He's got Mangalitsa cured products like prosciutto and guanciale. The raw material for those products came from Mangalitsa pigs produced by this company, Wooly Pigs.
