Harry Cope of Missouri is now raising a few Mangalitsa market hogs (75% Mangalitsa genetics). He already does goats and cattle. His plan is to fatten his pigs on acorns and kill them late 2010.
I'll have photos of his pigs in a while.
He hasn't worked out the details yet, but he's still got time to figure out something. If you are interested in purchasing some of his acorn fattened pigs, please contact me - hp@woolypigs.com.
