Austrian Seam Butchery - Part II

Christoph Wiesner, the president of the Austrian Mangalitsa Breeders' Association was recently in America, and he taught some Americans about how they work with Mangalitsa carcasses in Austria.

The previous videos showed him working on the shoulder. This shows him him working on the loin and belly of a Mangalitsa:
