There's a farm in Switzerland that raises Mangalitsa pigs in pretty surroundings. Here's info about them, in German. I found out about them via this interview.
They make salami from their pigs and Grauvieh cattle. The Grauvieh, like the Mangalitsa, is a special breed. it is particularly suited to living in the mountains.
