It looks like Frascati will be the first San Francisco restaurant to serve Wooly Pigs brand Mangalitsa. Frascati should have Mangalitsa belly on their Saturday and Sunday menu. If you are going there just to eat that, you might want to call ahead and ensure they'll have it.
Ad Hoc (Yountville) took delivery of their Mangalitsa. From what I heard, most of it will get cured and served later.
Michael Mina takes delivery of their first order tomorrow. I'll report more as I get information.
SubCulture Dining is still on for October 15th.
