Heath,We are scheduling a trip with our guys from Culinary Classics and the cooks at the restaurant at the end of the month to go over to Torm's place and kill 2 of the mangalitsa, one for us to try another for Torm's friend. We will be adding Torm's magalitsa to our spring menu and should get a good 2-3 month run out of the supply. I'm sure it will make a re-appearence in the fall when our cured meats are done as well.
